Rates and Rooms
Our basic rates are $30 per night (double occupancy) during the low season and $40 per night in the high season which includes Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, and June through August.
We do encourage long stay visitors, especially those working in the non-profit sector or doing research, and will give discounts for long stays. Long stay visitors can arrange for kitchen privileges. We will also give discounts to families with children or small groups who wish to use the adjoining rooms on the north side of the upper floor.
